Eternal existance

Since NOTHING can emerge from NOTHING, there must exist an ETERNAL STATE of SOMETHING. Since SOMETHING cannot exist without energy then some form of eternal energy must be the SOURCE OF EXISTANCE from which ALL STATES must evolve. Therefore all existance or states must by definition be sustained by energy which is self evidently in constant transformative motion. There is therefore no beginning nor end to existance. It just IS.

Science on wrong path

Today's scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality. (Nikola Tesla)

War

Both victory and defeat are meaningless to the dead.

Truth

Fundamental truths are indestructible. They are written into the code of life itself and are there for all who have eyes, to see.

When Will They Realise?

When will all the would be comptrollers, realise that social adhesion, respect for authority and the building of a common destiny never has and never can be built on lies, deceit and illusions. When will they realise that real good can only prevail if truth and integrity prevail and nothing worth a pittance will ever come from a philosophy, of spin, half truths and outright deceit.

Apathy

Apathy has no voice. Apathy makes no noise. It passes unheard, unheeded and unheralded. Apathy is the enemy of democracy and the meat and drink of dictators. It feeds the greedy and the corrupt. It disempowers the people. It encourages arrogance and disregard in the powerful. It allows them to ensconce themselves in ivory towers and turn a blind eye upon the world outside. Apathy is the succumbing of one's will to the bidding of others. Apathy is the surrender of control over destiny.

Sick joke

Until the UN Charter is modified allowing the expulsion of any and all countries that operate outside the rules of international law, the UN will never be anything more than a corrupt, ideologically bankcrupt and incompetent talking shop.

Uneasy Air

There’s a stench of death, hanging in the air, As into the abyss, once more we stare, Pondering the atrocities of zealots and fools, Who have no time for books and schools, No interest have they, in thoughtful debate, So wracked their minds, in rabid hate.

Greatness or infamy

Every leader has a chance to empower his people, to improve their wellbeing and their prosperity. Greatness awaits them in the pages of history. Yet so many choose instead to empower themsleves and join the long list of infamous thieves, tyrants and dictators that litter the annals of time.

About Me

speakeezie
I'm a rebel at heart. I have no time for the nanny state, political correctness (an oxymoron if ever there was one) or political spin. In my book, integrity is everything and truth is the only currency that never devalues. Interests: Politics, current affairs, spirituality, science, philosophy, music, nature, sport. In a previous life, I lived and worked in Africa now caring for my wife.
